These terms apply to your use of this website and to auto glass work performed by Windshield Replacement Boise. Using the site or requesting an estimate means you accept them.

About the Information on This Site

The service pages, city pages, and FAQ answers here are general guidance written to help drivers understand chips, cracks, replacement, and aftercare. They are not an inspection of your vehicle. Whether a specific piece of damage can be repaired depends on its size, depth, type, and location, which we can only judge in person or from clear photos.

Estimates and Pricing

Any figure quoted on this website or over the phone before we see the vehicle is an estimate, not a fixed price. Final cost depends on the exact glass specification for your VIN, whether the windshield carries rain sensors, a camera bracket, heating elements, acoustic interlayer, or a heads-up display, whether the vehicle requires advanced driver assistance recalibration after installation, and the condition of the pinch weld once the old glass is out. If what we find changes the price, we tell you before the work continues and you can decline.

Scheduling and Mobile Service

We are a service-area business with no walk-in shop. Appointment windows are windows, not exact arrival times, because previous jobs and Treasure Valley traffic and weather move. Mobile installation requires a reasonably level, accessible surface and conditions the adhesive manufacturer allows. Rain, snow, high wind, or extreme temperature can force us to reschedule; safety of the bond comes before keeping a slot.

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, especially when vehicle-specific glass has already been ordered.

Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate vehicle year, make, model, trim, and damage details so we order the right glass.
• Provide access to the vehicle and remove valuables from the dash and front seats.
• Confirm you are the owner or are authorized to approve work on the vehicle.
• Follow the safe drive-away time and aftercare instructions given at the end of the job.

Aftercare and Workmanship

We stand behind our installation workmanship. Issues caused by the installation itself, such as a leak or a wind noise traced to the bead, should be reported to us promptly and we will inspect them. Coverage does not extend to new impact damage, damage from a collision, rust or body damage that existed before the work, or problems caused by washing, driving, or removing retention tape before the stated cure time. Repairs to chips and cracks improve strength and appearance but a repaired area can still remain faintly visible and can spread later.

Insurance

We can share the documentation your insurer typically asks for, but we do not decide your coverage, your deductible, or whether a claim is approved. Those are between you and your carrier. We make no promise about what any policy will pay.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing, or unless the balance is being billed to an approved insurance claim. Deposits may be requested for special order glass.

Website Use

The text, layout, and images on this site belong to Windshield Replacement Boise and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or submit false requests through the estimate form.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Idaho law, our liability for any claim relating to this website or to work performed is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, lost income, or rental costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, and any dispute will be heard in the courts serving Ada County, Idaho.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time you request service is the version that applies.
