Auto glass without the runaround
Laminated glass helps the roof keep its shape in a rollover and gives the passenger airbag a surface to deploy against. That is why we treat the repair-or-replace decision as an engineering question rather than a sales question, and why prep work gets more attention here than the part of the job you can see.
We are a service-area business. There is no waiting room, because for most Treasure Valley households the better answer is a technician in the driveway during the workday. You get an arrival window, a realistic install time, and the specific safe drive-away time for the adhesive we use that day.
Every estimate is tied to your vehicle: the glass part your VIN calls for, whether a windshield camera needs recalibration, and anything that could change the number before you commit to it.

What we do
Windshield work is the core of the business, and we handle the rest of the vehicle's glass alongside it.

Four things decide whether damage can be repaired: size, depth, location, and how much dirt and moisture have worked into the break.
Small circular breaks from highway gravel. Usually repairable if handled before dirt and moisture get into the break.
Short legs radiating from an impact point. Repairable while the legs are stable, replaceable once they start running.
Anything past roughly six inches, or a crack that crosses the driver's view, is a replacement in nearly every case.
Chips and cracks within a couple of inches of the perimeter sit in the bonded load path and tend to spread quickly.
Years of grit scatter light at sunrise and sunset. Not repairable individually, and a real visibility problem on east-west commutes.
Tempered glass breaks into fragments rather than cracking, so side and rear windows are replacement items with a real cleanup job attached.
Why drivers call us back
The money in this trade is in new glass, so plenty of shops skip straight past the twenty-minute option. We assess repairability first and tell you when a chip does not justify a new windshield, even though that is the smaller ticket for us.
Many vehicles built in the last decade have a camera mounted to the windshield for lane keeping or automatic braking. We check your build before quoting and tell you whether recalibration applies, rather than handing back a vehicle with a warning light and a surprise line item.
Installations are done by Miguel Herrera, who has spent more than ten years on automotive glass specifically. Pinch weld prep, primer, and bead consistency are where leaks and rust come from years later, and that is the part of the job he refuses to rush.

Most requests get a reply the same business day during working hours. Tell us the vehicle and the damage, and we will tell you the realistic options.
Where we work
Pick your city for local detail on scheduling, common damage causes, and how mobile service works there.
Repair is usually considered for chips smaller than about a quarter and short cracks that are not in the driver's primary viewing area, not at the edge of the glass, and not contaminated with dirt or moisture. Damage that is long, deep, spread into multiple legs, or sitting in your line of sight generally calls for replacement. We look at the damage before recommending either option.
Yes, mobile service is a core part of what we do. We need a level, reasonably clean space with room to work around the vehicle, and weather that allows the adhesive to cure properly. Heavy rain, snow, or strong wind can push an outdoor appointment to another day or another location.
The installation itself commonly runs about 60 to 90 minutes for most vehicles. After that, the adhesive needs its own safe drive-away time, which depends on the product used and the temperature that day. We tell you the specific wait before we start.
Many vehicles built in the last decade have a forward-facing camera or sensor mounted to the windshield for lane keeping, automatic braking, or adaptive cruise. Those systems are designed to be recalibrated after the glass is replaced. We check your specific vehicle and tell you whether calibration applies and how it will be handled before you commit.
Price depends on the vehicle, the glass specification, features built into the glass such as rain sensors or heating elements, and whether calibration is required. We give a vehicle-specific estimate rather than a single flat number, and we explain what is driving it.
That depends on your own policy, your comprehensive coverage, and your deductible. We are not able to tell you what your insurer will approve. We can give you a written estimate and the vehicle and glass details you need to have that conversation with your carrier.
Send the vehicle details and a short description of the damage. We reply with a vehicle-specific estimate and the next available appointment window.
