Our Goal
Windshield Replacement Boise aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is the reference point we use when we build and review pages. We treat accessibility as ongoing maintenance rather than a one-time checkbox, and we do not claim the site is flawless.
What We Have Built In

- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and hidden decorative icons.
- Keyboard access to every link, button, menu, and form field, with visible focus.
- Color combinations chosen for contrast, with information never carried by color alone.
- Form labels tied to their inputs, with errors announced in text next to the field.
- Responsive layout that reflows at 200 percent zoom and on small screens.
- Text-based phone links so a single tap or keystroke starts the call.
Accessible Service, Not Just an Accessible Site
Mobile service is our default, which already removes a trip for customers with limited mobility. If a phone call is difficult, email works for the whole conversation, from the first question through scheduling. If you need extra time at the vehicle, someone to speak with slowly and confirm details in writing, or instructions sent in large print, tell us when you book and we will plan for it.
Known Limitations
Some third-party components, such as embedded maps and payment tools, are not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will complete that step with you directly.
