Why This Company Exists
Auto glass has a reputation problem, and most of it is earned. A driver with a small chip calls around, gets quoted a full replacement by three places in a row, and never finds out the damage could have been filled with resin in half an hour. That happens because new glass is the bigger ticket, not because the chip needed it.
We built the business around the opposite habit. We look at the damage, tell you which category it falls into, and recommend the smaller job when the smaller job is correct. That costs us revenue on individual calls and earns the referrals that keep a local shop alive.
How We Work
Mobile service is the default. For most households in Boise and the surrounding cities, a technician in the driveway beats a round trip and a waiting room. We bring the correct glass for your vehicle, do the work on site, and give you the specific safe drive-away time for the adhesive used that day.
Prep gets the time it needs. Cutting the old urethane to a consistent height, treating bare metal, priming where the procedure calls for it, and laying a continuous bead is what keeps water out and rust away three winters from now. It is also the part nobody sees, which is exactly why it gets skipped elsewhere.
What We Will Not Do
We will not tell you what your insurance company will approve, because that is between you and your carrier and we have no visibility into your policy. We will not promise a fixed arrival minute when the weather or a previous job says otherwise. We will not quote a single flat price for a job whose cost genuinely depends on your vehicle's glass specification. And we will not claim certifications, awards, or partnerships we do not have.
