How a Mobile Appointment Works

You give us the vehicle details and the address, we confirm the glass and the appointment window, and the technician arrives with the glass, the adhesive, and everything needed for the install. You do not need to be standing over the vehicle the whole time, but we do need access to it and someone reachable by phone.

The whole visit typically runs 60 to 90 minutes for the install itself. After that the adhesive needs its safe drive-away time, which is the one part of the process that cannot be rushed.

For most working households in Meridian, Kuna, or Star, this replaces a two-trip shop visit with one appointment during the workday.

What Makes a Location Workable

A good mobile space is level, has roughly three feet of clear room along both sides and the front of the vehicle, and is out of heavy traffic. Home driveways and garages are ideal. Workplace lots usually work well if you can point us to a specific space and clear it with your building.

Apartment and downtown Boise street parking is the most common problem: tight stalls, no legal place for the technician's vehicle, or a covered garage with low clearance. We would rather sort that out on the phone than have someone waiting on a technician who cannot work.
